How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going back to your email and clicking “View Order”. Please email us your order number and email address to view the status of your shipment if you need further assistance.
How do I find my ring size?
You can find your ring size by using our ring size chart available on our website. Simply measure the inner diameter of a ring you own and compare it to our chart to find your size. If you need help, feel free to reach out, and wed be happy to assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Alourah accepts all major credit and debit cards. If youre having trouble with your payment, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. We do not accept paypal.
Shipping questions
Can i change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your shipping address if the order hasnt been dispatched yet. Please provide your order number and the new address, and we’ll check if we can make the change for you.
What are your shipping times?
We offer the following shipping options:
- EU Standard Shipping: 3-4 working days
- EU Express Shipping: 1-3 working days
- Rest of the World (Standard): 3-6 working days
- Rest of the World (Express): 2-5 working days
What’s your return policy?
